Job Overview

The Cybersecurity Cloud Sales Manager occupies a pivotal role in bridging complex technical solutions with strategic customer needs. You will be the lead responsible for driving and developing the sales strategy for cloud security products and services within the Saudi market—a market experiencing tremendous growth fueled by Vision 2030 and major national initiatives like the "AI" and "First Cloud" strategies.

Key Expected Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create comprehensive sales plans targeting key market sectors in Saudi Arabia, such as Financial Services, Energy, Telecommunications, and Government entities.
  • Lead Complex Sales Cycles: Manage the entire sales process for large, complex enterprise deals, from product introduction to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and nurture strong partnerships with new and existing clients, understanding their deep-seated security challenges to propose tailored cloud solutions.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Oversee a sales team (if applicable) or work closely with technical support and marketing teams to achieve targets.
  • Stay Ahead of Developments: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cyber threats, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and local regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market performance, analyze competitor activity, and prepare regular reports on achievements and forecasts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in technology sales, with a strong focus on Cybersecurity and/or Cloud solutions sales.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., Identity and Access Management, Data Security, Network Security) and public/private/hybrid cloud solution architecture.
  • Leadership & Strategic Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, key account management, and C-level relationship-building abilities.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the business environment and key sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Knowledge of the local language and culture is a significant advantage.
  • Personal Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written), ability to simplify complex technical concepts, strategic thinking, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. Professional certifications like CISSP, CCSP, or cloud vendor certifications are a strong plus.
