Job Description and Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience: Proven work experience in engineering design, preferably within a shipbuilding/repair yard environment or heavy marine industries.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, with preference given to knowledge of specialized software like AVEVA Marine or ShipConstructor.
- In-depth understanding of marine engineering principles and ship systems.
- Knowledge of marine classification society rules (e.g., Lloyd's, ABS, DNV).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication and coordination skills to work within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
