Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The DGM/GM Mechanical will hold a pivotal role in leading and directing all mechanical activities related to the manufacturing of electric vehicle products. • Strategic & Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the entire mechanical engineering department, developing and implementing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals for growth and innovation in the EV market.
• Manufacturing & Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day mechanical manufacturing operations at the Salalah plant, ensuring production, quality, cost, and safety targets are met. Optimize existing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing, with a strong focus on the automotive or electric vehicle sector. This experience must include at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (such as DGM, GM, or equivalent).
