Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The DGM/GM Mechanical will hold a pivotal role in leading and directing all mechanical activities related to the manufacturing of electric vehicle products. - Strategic & Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the entire mechanical engineering department, developing and implementing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals for growth and innovation in the EV market.
- Manufacturing & Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day mechanical manufacturing operations at the Salalah plant, ensuring production, quality, cost, and safety targets are met. Optimize existing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Development & Innovation: Lead research and development (R&D) initiatives for new mechanical components for EV products, staying abreast of the latest technologies and materials in the field.

Qualifications and Requirements
