Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with the hotel's financial and business objectives.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency of the hotel's brand identity across all communication and marketing channels, upholding the luxury standards synonymous with the Marriott portfolio.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the local marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and development to maximize productivity and creativity.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be a distinct advantage.
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in the hospitality or luxury hotel sector.
- Leadership experience in managing and developing marketing teams.
- Hands-on experience in the Saudi market or the wider GCC market is a significant competitive advantage.
- Full proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a strong asset.
