Job Description

The ELV Technician at TRIO Cafe will be entrusted with a range of critical technical responsibilities, encompassing the installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various ELV systems. These systems are the lifeline for many modern operations in hospitality venues.

Key Expected Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain ELV systems such as CCTV surveillance, access control, intercom systems, local area networks (LAN), and audio/video systems.
• Perform regular and proactive checks to ensure all systems are operating to required standards.
• Diagnose and repair technical faults promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings for ELV systems.
• Collaborate with other teams such as management and general maintenance to meet operational requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• A diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience of at least 2-3 years in the ELV systems field, with preference given to experience in the hospitality, retail, or similar commercial environments.
• Practical knowledge of common ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Networking, etc.).
• Ability to use specialized technical tools and equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Applicant must be currently residing in the UAE and hold a valid residence permit.
