Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The appointed candidate will serve as the Field Sales Executive, acting as the primary driver for expanding the company's client base and increasing market share. Core responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to target new clients across various business sectors to attend or participate in the company's organized exhibitions and conferences.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, deeply understanding their needs to ensure contract renewals and long-term satisfaction.
- Conducting regular field visits to potential and existing clients within Riyadh to present the company's offerings and services in a personal and persuasive manner.
- Preparing and presenting quotations to clients, and following through the negotiation process to successfully close deals.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors within the Kingdom's exhibitions and conferences sector, providing regular reports to management to improve offerings and services.
- Achieving agreed-upon monthly and quarterly sales targets, and working collaboratively as part of a team with the marketing and operations departments.
- Representing the company at relevant professional events to enhance networking and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications and Key Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of practical experience in field sales, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience selling exhibition, conference, event, or advertising services.
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently with high self-motivation to achieve targets.
- Must possess a car and a valid driver's license, as the role is entirely field-based within Riyadh.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office suite) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
