A leading company in the sector is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join its dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving field sales, building strong customer relationships, and increasing market share for high-quality tool products.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the field face of the company within your assigned territory in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development & Direct Sales: Prospecting for new clients (contractors, workshops, wholesalers, retailers, maintenance companies) in the commercial and industrial sectors, and delivering compelling presentations for hand and power tool products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their deep-seated needs to provide appropriate solutions and ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Territory Coverage: Conducting regular, planned field visits to potential and existing clients within a defined geographical area to present offers, product samples, and close deals.
  • Technical Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the tool product range, its features, applications, and competitive value proposition to become a trusted advisor to the customer.
  • Reporting & Planning: Preparing accurate weekly and monthly reports on sales activity, visit plans, revenue forecasts, and providing valuable market feedback on competition and customer reactions.
  • Participation in Exhibitions & Events: Representing the company at trade exhibitions specialized in the construction and industrial sector as required.

Qualifications & Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 3 years in field sales, with a strong preference for those with experience selling industrial tools, construction equipment, electrical materials, or similar technical products.
  • Personal Skills: Strong communication personality, excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: High ability to organize and manage time independently, with excellent planning skills to cover a wide geographical area.
  • Flexibility & Resilience: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and work under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing/Sales), Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
  • Mandatory Requirements: A valid private driver's license, full proficiency in Arabic (the primary working language), with good command of English (reading and writing).
