Job Overview

The Field Service Engineer will serve as a vital link between the company and its customers on-site. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the installation of new equipment at customer sites and ensure it is commissioned according to required technical specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications & Core Requirements

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Work Experience: Proven hands-on experience (typically a minimum of 3-5 years) in a similar role as a Field Service Engineer or Advanced Service Technician, preferably within heavy industry, pumps, rotating equipment, or similar industrial sectors.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic principles. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia, and sometimes internationally, and to work flexible hours or weekends when necessary to respond to urgent service calls.
• Other Requirements: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for handling technical documentation and the international team. A valid driver's license will be a significant advantage.
