Job Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all financial and fiscal aspects of the company. In this leadership position, you will be the central point of contact for the company's financial strategy, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance with local regulations, and providing deep analytical insights that support the company's ambitious growth objectives in the competitive data and analytics market. You will work closely with senior management and the sales, operations, and technology departments.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and expenses.
• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate working capital for operational and growth needs.
• Develop and analyze financial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess company performance.
• Conduct cost and profitability analysis for projects and service offerings.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian tax, financial regulations, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Manage and assess financial risks and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or professional accounting certification (e.g., CMA, CPA, ACCA) is a significant competitive advantage.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the finance field, including proven experience in a leadership role (Finance Manager or Accounting Manager) for at least 3 years.
• Previous experience in the technology, data services, analytics, or start-up sector is a strong advantage.
• Deep knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and tax regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting and finance software/applications (e.g., ERP - Oracle, SAP, Zoho) and spreadsheets (Excel).
• Exceptional analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
