• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with all local (UAE) financial regulations, laws, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Supervise the preparation of timely periodic and annual financial statements.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks facing the company, establishing appropriate controls and policies for mitigation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Language: Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
