Job Description

The successful candidate will join the dynamic sales team at LYQA TECH VENTURES, with the core responsibility of developing a client portfolio and selling the company's portfolio of advanced technological solutions. This role will focus on understanding the complex needs of clients in the Omani market and presenting technological solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and competitive edge.

Key expected responsibilities include:

• Identifying and targeting potential clients from businesses and institutions across various sectors within Muscat and Oman.
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conducting client meetings to deeply understand their business challenges and technological needs.
• Delivering compelling and comprehensive presentations on IT and AI solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Preparing quotes, contracts, and negotiating terms through to deal closure.
• Working closely with internal technical and support teams to ensure effective and reliable solution delivery.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and competition in the IT and AI technology space in Oman.
• Meeting and exceeding set sales targets and quotas for new and recurring business.

Requirements and Qualifications

LYQA TECH VENTURES is looking for candidates with a passion for both technology and sales. The required qualifications include:

• Proven work experience in IT sales, software sales, or sales of advanced technology solutions. Experience in selling AI, analytics, or cloud solutions is a strong advantage.
• A solid understanding of core IT concepts and the latest trends in AI and cloud technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Exceptional persuasion, presentation, and client value articulation skills.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• The ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented spirit.
• Possessing a professional network within the Omani market, especially in the corporate sector, is a significant advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration (Marketing/Sales), Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
