Job Description

You will be at the heart of the company's business growth operations. Your primary focus will be identifying qualified potential customers (leads), sparking their interest in the company's products or services, and paving the way for the sales team to successfully close deals.

Key Expected Responsibilities:

  • Research and utilize various channels (e.g., social media, databases, the internet, professional networks) to identify suitable companies and individuals who could benefit from the company's offerings.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential leads via phone, email, or other communication platforms.
  • Deliver a compelling initial pitch about the company and its value proposition to capture the lead's interest.
  • Qualify and screen leads based on predefined criteria (such as Need, Budget, Authority, and Timeline) to ensure opportunity quality.
  • Accurately log and update all lead interaction information in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or similar tracking tools.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and insights gained.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for these roles, you are expected to possess the following qualifications:

Core Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (practical experience may substitute in some cases).
  • Proven prior experience in lead generation, tele-sales, or digital marketing. Experience in the Omani or GCC market is a strong added advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic will be a significant asset for effective local market communication.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey messages confidently and persuasively.
  • Working knowledge of using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and professional social media platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work independently with high self-motivation, as well as effectively within a team.
