Job Description

As the Head of Electrical Estimation, the candidate will be responsible for leading a team of estimation engineers and overseeing the preparation of technical and financial bids for major electrical projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and directing the electrical estimation team to ensure competitive and accurate bid submissions.
• Analyzing project requirements, studying drawings, and technical specifications.
• Preparing preliminary and final cost estimates for electrical projects.
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices.
• Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with technical standards and specifications.
• Providing periodic reports to senior management on department performance and tender results.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical estimation, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience in handling commercial, residential, and industrial building projects.
• Proficiency in using specialized estimation software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with local and international electrical standards and regulations.
