  • Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or training within educational institutions is preferred, with a proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of marine engineering principles, international regulations and specifications (such as those from the International Maritime Organization - IMO), and modern software used in marine design and analysis (e.g., CAD/CAM tools).
  • Personal Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work within a team and foster a positive learning environment.
