We are looking for a professional Office Coordinator to join an interior fit-out team in Oman. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Job Description
As an Office Coordinator, you will be the key link between management, execution teams, and clients. Your daily responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing incoming and outgoing communications, overseeing office workflow, and ensuring the availability of all necessary supplies and materials for projects. You will also contribute to preparing administrative reports and organizing project-related files and documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Organize appointments and meetings for the administrative and executive team.
- Follow up on purchase orders and invoices with suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for documents and contracts.
- Support the project team with daily administrative tasks.
- Oversee office cleanliness and organization, and ensure office supplies are stocked.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative coordination, preferably in the contracting or fit-out sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Residency in Oman or ability to relocate.
