Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using specialized planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Monitor project progress and analyze deviations from planned schedules.
• Prepare periodic reports on project status and achievements.
• Coordinate with different project teams to ensure alignment of timelines.
• Identify potential scheduling risks and propose appropriate solutions.
• Participate in regular planning meetings and provide technical recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or any related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering planning, preferably in infrastructure or energy projects.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies like PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
