Job Description

TASC Outsourcing, a leading provider of recruitment and outsourcing solutions in the Gulf region, is seeking a highly skilled PMO Analyst specializing in Human Capital. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic Project Management Office, supporting and coordinating human capital-related projects to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

The primary work location will be in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with potential travel between the two sites as required. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in data analysis and project management who wish to advance their careers in the human resources sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring HR projects.
• Collect and analyze project data, preparing regular performance and progress reports.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO processes and methodologies.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Prepare executive presentations and reports for senior management.
• Assist in risk management, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
• Maintain and continuously update the project database.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or project management, preferably in HR.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
