Job Description and Responsibilities

• Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting, through design and execution, to final handover.
• Coordinating and collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including other engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients, to achieve project requirements.
• Preparing and organizing technical documentation and periodic reports that illustrate work progress, highlight any challenges or deviations from the plan, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Supervising the technical aspects of the project and monitoring the quality of work performed on-site to ensure compliance with specifications, standard codes, and local regulations.
• Assisting in the effective management of available resources (human and material) to achieve project goals.
• Identifying potential risks that may face project progress and working to develop mitigation plans.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Project Engineering).
• Work Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 3 to 5 years in project management or engineering, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in relevant computer software, especially the Microsoft Office suite, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and project management software like MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Soft Skills:

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes.
