  • Screening and Shortlisting: Reviewing incoming CVs and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' basic fit for the role's requirements and the company's values.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling interview rounds with relevant hiring managers and following up on feedback and evaluations from all parties.
  • Reference and Background Checks: Conducting reference and employment verification for final candidates in accordance with company policies.
  • Enhancing Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants, reflecting a bright image of the company's culture and its reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with online recruitment platforms (such as Naukrigulf, Bayt, LinkedIn Recruiter) and the principles of Applicant Tracking System management.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all management levels.
    • Strong analytical skills for evaluating resumes and candidate profiles.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Business acumen and an understanding of the needs of different departments within the organization.
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive individual, capable of working independently and as part of a team, with high ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
