Thales, a global leader in advanced technologies and cybersecurity, is actively recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in driving and expanding the business for these critical security solutions within the dynamic Saudi market.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will be the primary owner for developing and executing the sales strategy for IAM solutions across your territory. You will lead the full sales cycle, from hunting new opportunities to closing major deals with clients in both the public and private sectors. You will collaborate closely with technical support, marketing teams, and local channel partners to deliver exceptional value to customers.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement an ambitious regional sales plan to meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the Saudi Arabian cybersecurity market, with a focus on key verticals such as: Energy, Finance, Government, and Telecommunications.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key end-user customers and channel partners.
  • Lead complex proposal negotiations and contract closure processes.
  • Understand deep customer requirements and present Thales IAM solutions that address their security and operational needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in cybersecurity and IAM solutions.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, activity plans, and revenue forecasts to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Thales is seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record of success in a competitive environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology or software sales, with a strong focus on selling cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in selling Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions or closely related security solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market in Saudi Arabia and an established professional network within it.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management, including C-Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and leadership-oriented mindset.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Arabic language skills will be a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working for major global technology corporations.
  • Knowledge of Thales Group products/solutions or competing IAM products.
  • Professional certifications in sales (e.g., CSPO) or cybersecurity.
