Job Overview

The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and operating the Ain Gold Wallet jewellery store in Dubai. You will be the primary person responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales and profitability targets, and upholding the store's reputation as a destination for high-quality jewellery.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Leadership & Supervision: Effectively lead the store's sales and operations team, including training, coaching, and professional development of team members to ensure peak performance levels.
• Operational Management: Oversee all daily store operations, including inventory, product merchandising, and maintaining high visual and commercial standards.
• Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed set sales and revenue targets. Analyze sales reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Customer Service: Ensure a luxurious and personalized shopping experience for every client, professionally and promptly resolving any inquiries or complaints to foster customer loyalty.
• Product Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of jewellery collections, gemstone characteristics, precious metals, and the latest fashion trends to provide expert advice to clients.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure the store's compliance with all company internal policies, as well as local regulations concerning trade and jewellery. Uphold the highest security standards for products and financial data.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 years in retail store management, with a strong preference for experience in the luxury jewellery or luxury goods sector.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a multicultural team towards common goals.
• Sales & Marketing Skills: Deep understanding of luxury sales principles, client relationship building, and in-store marketing techniques.
