Job Overview

The Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the company's growth and profitability strategy. You will be the primary person responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of existing and potential clients within Dubai's competitive real estate market. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or sales within a specialized services sector, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai and UAE real estate markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • A proactive and leadership-oriented personality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and sales CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • A valid UAE driving license is required.
