Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Sales (Advertising) Expert will hold a pivotal role within the sales team, responsible for driving growth and achieving the company's financial targets in the vibrant Saudi market. The primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Developing and executing effective sales strategies for the advertising solutions and products offered by the company.
• Prospecting for new business opportunities and identifying potential leads across various sectors.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, with a deep understanding of their marketing needs.
• Preparing and delivering compelling commercial presentations and competitive quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet and exceed defined sales targets.
• Conducting market follow-up and analyzing competitor trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Working closely with internal marketing and technical support teams to ensure integrated client service delivery.
• Preparing regular reports on sales performance and market activities for sales management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Media.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven work experience in advertising sales, media sales, or marketing services sales.
• In-depth understanding of the advertising market in Saudi Arabia, particularly in the Riyadh region.
• A demonstrable track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• A proactive, self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software and sales applications (CRM such as Salesforce).
• Possession of a car and a valid driver's license (a distinct advantage).
