Job Overview

The successful Sales Manager will be appointed to work with a dynamic team in Riyadh, serving as the primary person responsible for leading and developing sales strategies to drive growth and achieve financial targets. This role will focus on building strong relationships with existing and potential clients, gaining a deep understanding of local market needs, and translating them into successful action plans. Key Expected Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and guide the sales team to meet and exceed set sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, effective sales plans and strategies for the Saudi market, with a focus on the Riyadh region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze market and competitor performance and provide detailed reports to senior management with actionable recommendations.
  • Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and elevate their performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor expenses within the defined framework.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies throughout all sales processes and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience in sales, with a proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor).
  • A demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and leading teams to success.
  • Deep knowledge of modern sales techniques, strategies, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Strong understanding of the business environment and market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly in Riyadh.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written.
