Al Hoqani Enterprises is actively recruiting for the position of Senior Sales Executive to be based in their office in Nizwa, a key historical and economic city in the Sultanate of Oman. Job Overview

The successful candidate will assume leadership responsibilities within the sales department, playing a central role in designing and executing sales strategies, managing existing client relationships, and exploring and developing new customer channels. The Senior Sales Executive acts as a crucial link between the company and the market, requiring a deep understanding of the business environment in Oman, particularly in the Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve defined financial and growth targets.
  • Lead and guide the efforts of the sales team or collaborate closely with it to ensure individual and collective goals are met.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop a broad and diverse client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Prepare professional and compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market analysis and regular sales performance reports, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the company at trade events and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate networking opportunities.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Considerable practical experience may be an acceptable alternative.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in the sales field, with a preference for experience in a leadership role or as a Senior Sales Executive.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and sales reports.
  • Flexibility to travel within the Sultanate of Oman as required.
  • Knowledge of the Omani market, especially in the Nizwa region and its surroundings, is a significant advantage.
