Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will bear the primary responsibility for leading and executing the recruitment and hiring strategies for the Group.   • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a private sector company environment in the Gulf region.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • The ability to accurately assess candidates' skills, experience, and personality.

  • Knowledge of Bahrain's labor laws and systems is a significant advantage.
