Job Description
Bawan Al Memar Co. is seeking an experienced Total Facilities Management (TFM) Manager to join their team in Riyadh and Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facilities management operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance, contract management, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
The TFM Manager will lead a team of engineers and technicians, develop maintenance strategies, optimize energy efficiency, and manage operational budgets. This role also involves coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple sites.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in total facilities management, with proven experience in managing maintenance and operations projects.
- Skills:
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards (OSHAD / NFPA).
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and contracts.
- Preferred Certifications: CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional) from IFMA.
