Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Work Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in industrial welding, with a proven track record of at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity (e.g., Team Supervisor, Foreman).
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of common welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW) and their materials. Strong ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings.
