Job Description
The appointed CAD Operator will join a dynamic team working on a diverse portfolio of major engineering and construction projects across the Middle East region. The primary responsibility will involve working under the guidance of engineers and designers to translate conceptual sketches and preliminary plans into precise, execution-ready technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings using specialized software such as AutoCAD, and potentially Revit or MicroStation, adhering to company and project standards.
- Work on detailed drawings for architectural, structural, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) project components.
- Review initial sketches from engineers and incorporate required modifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Update existing drawings based on change requests or mark-ups from the supervisory team.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation according to established document management systems.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific technical specifications and standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other engineering team members and technical staff.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic will be beneficial.
