TK Elevator, a global leader in elevator and escalator technology, is currently recruiting for an Elevator Sales Engineer to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving and executing sales strategies for elevator and escalator products and solutions in the Riyadh region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic sales plans and targeting new clients within the construction, real estate development, and contracting sectors.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to preparing technical and commercial proposals, and closing contracts.
  • Preparing detailed, technical quotations that meet client requirements and budgets while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Providing technical and consultative support to existing and potential clients, explaining product specifications and technical advantages.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with the client base and understanding their long-term needs.
  • Working closely with internal engineering and project teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to contract specifications and client expectations.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity within the Saudi Arabian elevator sector.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • Work Experience: Proven practical experience of 3 to 5 years in technical sales or engineering product sales. Specific experience in the elevator and escalator industry, or similar building systems and construction sectors, is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles. Ability to read architectural and engineering plans and drawings.
  • Sales and Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-starter, ability to work independently, strategic thinker, and goal-oriented.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written.
  • Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license.
