Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Manager for the Public Sector will play a pivotal role in leading and growing the company's portfolio with government entities across the Kingdom. You will be the primary driver for developing and executing proactive sales strategies aligned with national digital transformation goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closure) for technology solutions and specialized software targeted at the public sector.
  • Building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with senior officials and decision-makers in government agencies and public institutions.
  • Understanding the operational needs and challenges of government entities and translating them into technical requirements and tangible solutions.
  • Developing customized business plans and proposals (RFPs) that meet government specifications and budgets.
  • Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to tailor Mozn's offerings to the government market's needs.
  • Monitoring market trends and competition within the government technology sector, providing regular reports and analysis to management.
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales and revenue targets for the public sector.
  • Representing Mozn at government events, conferences, and specialized exhibitions.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in technology sales or software solutions sales, with a strong and consistent focus on the government or public sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • A proven and demonstrable track record of achieving ambitious sales targets with government clients.
  • Deep knowledge of government procurement procedures (tenders, bids, etc.) and relevant regulations.
  • A strong and established professional network within Saudi government entities.
  • Excellent understanding of the technology and digital transformation landscape in the Saudi public sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills at all levels.
  • The ability to work independently and lead initiatives, as well as integrate effectively within a team.
  • Full professional proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) and working proficiency in English.
