Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will occupy a pivotal role within the company's creative team, with primary responsibilities including:

• Design and Development: Creating accurate and detailed 3D models and designs for furniture and interior projects based on design concepts and technical specifications.
• High-Quality Rendering: Producing photorealistic still images and high-definition animations using advanced rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or equivalents.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with product designers, project managers, and sometimes directly with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual representations.
• Lighting and Material Mastery: Expertly configuring lighting setups, textures, and shadows to achieve stunning realism in rendered scenes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring model accuracy and adherence to required specifications before the final rendering process.
• Time Management: Adhering to project timelines and delivering outputs within designated deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Academic Background: A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or any other field related to 3D design.
• Professional Experience: Proven work experience of at least 3 years in 3D design and rendering, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects in furniture or interior design.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced mastery of modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp.
  • High skill level in using rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Arnold.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe software such as Photoshop and After Effects for post-processing.
  • A strong understanding of design principles, lighting, and scene composition.
• Personal Skills:
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
  • The ability to interpret abstract concepts and transform them into visual narratives.
