Job Description

As the Aftersales Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the aftersales department, including:

• Workshop Operations: Ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing turnaround times.
• Parts & Logistics: Overseeing inventory management, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring parts availability.
• Customer Service: Developing strategies to enhance the customer journey, increase retention, and resolve escalated issues.
• Strategic Planning: Setting annual budgets, revenue targets, and operational KPIs for the aftersales division.
• Team Leadership: Managing, training, and motivating a large team of technicians, advisors, and supervisors.
• Performance Analysis: Using data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in automotive aftersales, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of Workshop Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian and GCC automotive market.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications: Professional certifications in service management or supply chain (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
