HCP Automotive, a leading player in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Sales to join its headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic opportunity for ambitious professionals with a proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving targets in a competitive environment.

About the Role

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to enhance the company's market share and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with senior management to set sales targets, develop distribution channels, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. The role requires leading, training, and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve set goals.
  • Analyze market and competitor data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Prepare periodic sales performance reports for senior management.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions and events to enhance brand presence.
  • Negotiate major commercial contracts and close deals.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic decision-making abilities.
    • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
    • Exceptional communication and public relations skills.
    • Deep understanding of the Saudi and Gulf automotive market.
  • Leadership Personality: Dynamic, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
