Job Description

ZainTech, a leading technology and telecommunications company in the Gulf region, is announcing an exciting career opportunity for the position of Bid Management Coordinator at its headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Bid Management Coordinator serves as a vital link between internal teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of bid and proposal processes. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the bid process from initiation to submission.
  • Gather required information and documents from various departments (finance, technical, legal).
  • Review bid requirements and ensure full compliance.
  • Prepare timelines and track bid submission deadlines.
  • Maintain an updated database of bids and proposals.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to clarify bid requirements.
  • Support the sales team in preparing competitive proposals.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the status of ongoing bids.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bid management or administrative coordination.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of electronic bid management systems is a plus.
