Workplace Ambassador - Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) - Riyadh

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), one of the world's leading real estate services and investment management firms, is announcing a unique employment opportunity for the position of Workplace Ambassador at its office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

About the Job

The Workplace Ambassador is the first point of contact for visitors and employees. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and managing the workplace experience professionally. This role requires a personable, organized, and proactive leader capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the office meeting schedule and conference rooms.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams (maintenance, IT, security) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee the employee and visitor experience in the workplace, including providing refreshments and office supplies.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and functions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in reception and common areas.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on office activity and space occupancy.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support the management team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, reception, or office management.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
    • Positive, proactive personality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with visitor management systems or facilities management software.
