Job Description

Saudi Aramco (ASC) is announcing an excellent career opportunity for a Business Development Specialist. This role is designed to drive the company's commercial growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base within the energy sector and related services.

The Business Development Specialist will work within a dynamic team, taking responsibility for market analysis, developing growth strategies, and managing relationships with potential partners. This position is ideal for ambitious professionals with experience in sales and commercial development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Saudi and regional market.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals and present them to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prepare periodic reports on business performance and strategic recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Previous experience in the energy or oil & gas sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license.
