Job Description

As a CLD Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads.
  • Developing innovative training content aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing and coordinating internal and external training sessions.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact of training programs on employee performance.
  • Supporting career development initiatives and succession planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and HR development, preferably in multinational corporations.
  • Strong knowledge of TNA tools and methodologies.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPTD, CIPD) are a plus.
