Job Description
As a CLD Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads.
- Developing innovative training content aligned with business objectives.
- Managing and coordinating internal and external training sessions.
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of training programs on employee performance.
- Supporting career development initiatives and succession planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and HR development, preferably in multinational corporations.
- Strong knowledge of TNA tools and methodologies.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPTD, CIPD) are a plus.
