Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be hired on a contract tied to a specific project, offering flexibility and a clear focus on delivering tangible results within a defined timeframe. The core responsibilities will be heavily field-oriented.
Key expected responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to introduce potential clients to the company's digital solutions and services.
- Proactively hunting for new sales opportunities and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conducting regular face-to-face meetings and field visits with existing and prospective clients in Doha and other areas in Qatar as required by the project.
- Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients, deeply understanding their needs to propose suitable digital solutions.
- Preparing compelling commercial proposals and competitive quotations.
- Negotiating contract terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit.
- Coordinating with internal teams (such as marketing, development, and technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery to the client.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, providing regular performance and market opportunity reports to management.
Qualifications and Essential Requirements
Bazin Digital Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates who can integrate quickly and contribute to the project's objectives.
Mandatory requirements for the role:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in field sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in selling digital solutions, IT services, software, or digital marketing.
- Personal Skills: A self-motivated, ambitious personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Technical Aptitude: A good understanding of digital technical concepts and the ability to explain the benefits of technical solutions to clients in a clear and convincing manner.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Exceptional persuasion, closing, and deal-management skills, capable of owning the sales cycle from start to finish.
- Mobility: Full readiness for field mobility within Doha city, possessing a valid driver's license.
- Relationship Management: Excellent relationship-building and account management skills.
Preferred qualifications (considered a strong plus):
- Previous experience working on project-based contracts.
- An active network of contacts within the Qatari market, especially in the private and government sectors.
- An academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
