Job Description & Responsibilities
The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and growing the company's portfolio of large enterprise and corporate clients. He/She will be the primary owner of the full sales cycle for the company's advanced technical solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the Enterprise sector in the Saudi and Gulf markets.
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients from large corporations, government, and semi-governmental entities.
- Leading complex negotiations and closing high-value deals with enterprise customers.
- Building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with senior officials and C-level decision-makers.
- Working closely with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings to local market needs.
- Preparing accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Representing the company at leading industry events and conferences in the region.
Qualifications & Requirements
Urban Ridge Supplies is looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced technology sales environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on Enterprise Software/SaaS sales for at least 3 years.
- Proven hands-on experience selling to government and large private sector entities in the Saudi and Gulf markets.
- Deep understanding of complex software sales cycles and subscription models.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all management levels.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong goal and results orientation.
Preferred Skills:
- An established professional network within the technology or enterprise sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce.
- Knowledge of global and regional SaaS market trends.
