Job Description and Responsibilities

The Branch Manager will assume full responsibility for the operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the branch, ensuring service delivery aligns with its luxurious reputation. Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership & Supervision: Leading the branch team of beauty experts and specialists, including recruitment, training, development, and motivation of staff to maximize their potential and maintain a positive, professional work environment.
• Daily Operations Management: Overseeing all aspects of the salon's daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, from appointment scheduling to final service delivery.
• Customer Service & Excellence: Guaranteeing an exceptional, world-standard experience for every client, while handling any inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally to foster loyalty and enhance brand reputation.
• Sales & Financial Targets: Setting realistic sales targets for the branch and team, monitoring financial performance, managing budgets and expenses, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Quality Control & Standards: Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and quality in the delivery of all beauty services, ensuring team compliance with the latest industry trends and techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 years in supervisory or managerial roles within the luxury beauty salon sector or the beauty/wellness industry.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team, with excellent communication and delegation skills.
• Financial & Business Acumen: Solid understanding of basic financial principles, budget management, and financial report analysis to make informed business decisions.
• Customer-Centric Orientation: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of luxury clientele.
