Job Description

As the General Manager of Process and Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant's operations, from production planning to quality control. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Leading cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, supply chain, and logistics.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborating with senior management to set long-term operational goals and budgets.
• Managing operational budgets and optimizing resource allocation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Business Administration. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in industrial operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
