Job Requirements and Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A diploma or suitable qualification in fields such as Environmental Science, Forestry, Agriculture, or Wildlife Management. Extensive and proven practical experience in a similar field may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Experience: Previous experience working as a forest guard, ranger, or in any similar role related to environmental protection and field surveillance is preferred.
- Physical Skills: High level of physical fitness to walk long distances in varied terrain (mountainous or sandy) and endure outdoor weather conditions (heat and cold).
- Personal Skills: Integrity, reliability, and the ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility. Good communication skills for interacting with the public.
