Job Overview
The Interface Manager will hold a pivotal role within the company, responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of communication and interaction (interfaces) between various internal departments, as well as between the company and external clients or strategic partners. The primary focus is to ensure seamless information flow and effective collaboration to achieve the objectives of joint projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and develop interface management strategies to ensure goal alignment among all stakeholders.
- Act as the central point of liaison between internal teams (e.g., recruitment, consulting, operations) and clients or partners.
- Develop and implement clear communication plans to ensure information transparency and prevent misunderstandings.
- Identify and resolve any obstacles or conflicts that may arise at interaction points between different parties.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of interface processes and propose continuous improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with agreed-upon standards and quality specifications in all deliverables.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status of interface management and potential risks.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a similar role (Interface Management, Project Management, Cross-departmental Coordination), preferably within a consulting or service-oriented environment.
- A strong understanding of project management principles and frameworks such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus), with strong facilitation and negotiation abilities.
- High analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- A proactive leadership personality with the ability to inspire teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools.
