Job Description
Leopards Contracting is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant and Junior Accountant to join its team at the headquarters in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience in accounting and office administration to work in a professional, dynamic environment within the contracting sector.
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Finance Manager and will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations and general office administrative tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the accounting team with data entry and updating financial records.
- Follow up on invoices and receivables, ensuring they match purchase orders.
- Prepare simple financial reports on a periodic basis.
- Organize and maintain administrative and financial files and documents.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Welcome visitors and clients and provide necessary administrative support.
- Manage electronic and paper correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting or office work (experience in the contracting sector is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Fluency in Arabic (native) and good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, or SAP).
- Familiarity with payroll and social insurance systems.
- Analytical skills for solving basic problems.
