Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Based in Muscat, the Outdoor Sales Executive will be the primary driver for promoting the company's products and increasing market share in the apparel (clothing) and home textiles (furnishings, fabrics, etc.) segments. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Prospecting for new clients (wholesalers, retailers, specialty stores, etc.) and developing existing accounts within the Muscat region and surrounding areas.
- Conducting regular field visits to existing and potential clients to present commercial offers and product samples.
- Building strong, long-term business relationships with clients and gaining a deep understanding of their needs.
- Providing professional consultation to clients regarding the apparel and home textiles product portfolio.
- Negotiating sales contracts and commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and the client.
- Following up on orders to ensure correct and timely fulfillment, coordinating with the logistics operations team.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in outdoor/field sales, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the apparel (clothing), home textiles, or general distribution sector.
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Self-driven, ambitious personality with the ability to work under pressure.
- High persuasion ability and excellent negotiation skills.
