Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven work experience (typically 3-5 years) in a similar S&OP, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Planning role.
- In-depth understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) principles and frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Excel (essential). Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP is preferred.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and create clear management presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
