Sales & Events Executive - Russian Speaker at Marriott International

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
- Full professional fluency in Russian (both verbal and written), coupled with proficiency in English (the primary working language of the hotel).
- Proven previous experience in hotel sales or MICE (Events & Conferences) sales. Experience within 4 or 5-star hotel properties is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the hotel sales cycle and contract negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and persuade clients.
- A proactive, results-driven personality with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility to work during peak hours or attend events as necessary.
