Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase sales of hardware and building materials products in the Saudi market.
  • Prospect for new clients (contractors, real estate developers, wholesalers, retailers) and build a strong, sustainable customer base.
  • Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to secure profitable deals for both parties.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competition for hardware and building materials products in the region.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market activities, and sales forecasts to management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales service and necessary technical support.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance networking and represent the company.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years in sales, with a strong preference for experience in selling Hardware or Building Materials in the Saudi or Gulf market.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and building products, their types, and applications.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
  • A proactive, driven, and results-oriented personality.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle (typically required for field sales roles).
