Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The newly appointed Sales Executive will serve as a key face of the company in the market, responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships. The primary responsibilities for this role are expected to include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve set targets and increase Tummaroast's market share.
  • Prospecting for new clients (B2B and/or B2C depending on the company's business model) and actively working to expand the existing customer base.
  • Building long-term professional relationships with clients, deeply understanding their needs to offer suitable solutions and products.
  • Delivering compelling presentations of the company's roasting products, which may include specialty coffee or other related items.
  • Following up on leads, negotiations, and closing sales deals successfully.
  • Preparing regular sales performance reports, conducting market analysis, and providing valuable feedback to the management team.
  • Representing the company at trade events or local exhibitions as required.
  • Working closely with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in a sales role, preferably within the F&B, coffee & retail, or B2B sales sector.
  • Personal Skills: Ambitious, self-motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a solid understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while maintaining a team spirit.
  • Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of the Bahraini market, especially the café, restaurant, and retail sectors (this will be a significant advantage).
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (extensive and proven sales experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree).
